As a principal and project manager for the firm, Erik believes that the key to a project success is the coordination of project design and management. Well-versed on the procedures and policies required for a wide range of project types, his experience has proven to be critical to keeping projects in line and on time. A proponent of sustainable architecture, Erik evaluates construction methods and materials with a critical focus on life cycle costs.
